Bush in particular has made all effort...I do agree! Bush in particular has made all efforts stop dead, time after time, while he got his photo op taken care of.<BR/><BR/>I suppose the Secret Service is necessary these days to keep our President safe. But stopping the disaster or the war or whatever just for the sake of the President showing up long enough to smile for the cameras is not useful nor productive.
